Multicloud Engineer

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid/Remote)
Job Type: Long-Term Contract

About the Role

We're seeking aMulticloud Engineer to support and resolve production incidents acrossAWS, GCP, and AliCloud. You'll own issues end-to-end—from ticket intake and troubleshooting to RCA—while partnering with Platform Engineering on complex escalations.

Required Skills

5+ years in Cloud Operations, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering
Strong hands-on experience withAWS & GCP (AliCloud is a plus)
Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/ACK), IAM, VPC, Route 53, DNS & Load Balancers
Infrastructure as Code:Terraform or Ansible
Monitoring & Observability:Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk
Python, Go, or Bash scripting
Incident management, RCA writing, and production troubleshooting

Preferred

Spinnaker, GitHub Actions, PagerDuty
Cloud certifications (AWS/GCP/Alibaba)
Experience supporting enterprise multi-cloud platforms
