Job Description: MuleSoft Developer Lead
Position SummaryWe are seeking an experiencedMuleSoft Developer Lead to design, develop, and lead the implementation of enterprise integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in API-led connectivity, integration architecture, and team leadership. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of MuleSoft integration solutions.
- Design and implement APIs using API-led connectivity principles (Experience, Process, and System APIs).
- Develop integrations using Mule 4, DataWeave 2.0, REST, SOAP, JMS, FTP/SFTP, and messaging platforms.
- Mentor and guide MuleSoft developers by conducting code reviews and promoting development best practices.
- Collaborate with solution architects and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies using DevOps tools.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance and reliability.
- Implement security standards including OAuth 2.0, JWT, TLS, API policies, and identity management.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, governance, and API lifecycle management standards.
- Prepare technical documentation, integration specifications, and operational runbooks.
- Coordinate with QA, infrastructure, security, and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support production environments and resolve critical integration issues when required.
