Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities
API Design & Development
• Design, develop, and implement MuleSoft APIs and integrations using Mule 4.
• Develop Experience, Process, and System APIs following API-led Connectivity principles.
• Create RAML/OpenAPI specifications and API contracts.
• Build reusable integration components and frameworks.
• Implement best practices for API design, versioning, and lifecycle management.
MuleSoft Development
• Develop integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Studio.
• Create complex DataWeave transformations for various data formats.
• Experience developing REST/JSON and SOAP/XML integrations.
• Implement file-based, database, JMS, MQ, and SaaS integrations.
• Configure connectors, routers, batch jobs, and error-handling frameworks.
Testing & Quality Assurance
• Perform unit testing using MUnit.
• Support SIT, UAT, and performance testing activities.
• Conduct peer code reviews and ensure coding standards compliance.
• Troubleshoot defects and provide timely resolutions.
Deployment & DevOps
• Support CI/CD pipeline implementation using Git, Maven, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Deploy applications to CloudHub 1.0 and 2.0, Runtime Fabric (RTF), or On-Prem environments.
• Manage application configurations, properties, and environment-specific deployments.
• Support release and deployment activities across environments.
Production Support
• Provide Level-2 and Level-3 production support.
• Analyze incidents and troubleshoot integration failures.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
• Monitor API performance and system health.
• Support on-call and critical incident resolution activities. Production support and issue resolution aspects are commonly expected in MuleSoft delivery and support roles.
Documentation
• Prepare Technical Design Documents (TDDs).
• Create API specifications and integration design artifacts.
• Maintain deployment guides and operational runbooks.
• Document reusable assets and integration patterns.
Collaboration & Leadership
• Work closely with Solution Architects and business stakeholders.
• Participate in requirement analysis and estimation activities.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Support knowledge-sharing initiatives and technical forums.

• Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
