JuniorProject Finance Controller

Vienna, Austria

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage the financial aspects of the project, ensuring that it is delivered within budget and on time.

• Work closely with the project team to track spending, monitor cash flow, and provide financial status reports.

KA Operation

• Carry out revenue and profit analysis for key accounts on a monthly basis.

• Read and analyze customers’ annual reports as requested.

Contract Review

• Review financial risks and evaluate financial gains and losses according to the checklist.

Project Operation

• Prepare and update the budget on an annual basis.

• Carry out a full rolling forecast on a monthly basis.

• Organize operational meetings and provide early warnings on financial deterioration and risks on a monthly basis.

• Identify abnormal costs and revenue in a timely manner and make manual adjustments/accruals after reporting.

• Monitor revenue and billing gaps and help accelerate the billing process.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field

• Strong financial and budgeting skills

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial software

• Fluent in English, German is an advantage
