Senior Security Administrator (Remote)

We are looking for an experiencedSenior Security Administrator to support managed service customers with security configurations, system health monitoring, troubleshooting, and policy management.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in cloud, SaaS, or managed services environments who enjoys solving complex issues and working directly with customers.

💻 What you’ll do:
• Manage security policies, configurations, and system health checks
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support customer environments
• Monitor infrastructure and resolve service-related incidents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain secure and stable systems
• Participate in customer meetings and provide technical guidance

✅ What we’re looking for:
• Experience supporting SaaS, cloud, or managed service environments
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and OSX
• Experience with scripting tools such as PowerShell or Bash
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

✨ Nice to have:
• Virtualization experience (VMware/HyperV)
• Knowledge of MSSQL or database concepts
• Experience with security platforms or endpoint protection solutions
