Implement and support Sales and Customer Service applications.

Develop plugins, workflows, JavaScript customizations, and C# components.

Perform ribbon customizations, sitemap modifications, and model-driven app design.

Integrate Dynamics CRM with third-party and enterprise systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues through effective debugging.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate using Git, TFS, and Azure DevOps.

Conduct workshops, storyboarding sessions, and prototype demonstrations.

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements.
