Die Möglichkeit

Aufgrund unseres stetigen Wachstums und der internen Weiterentwicklung eines Mitarbeiters suchen wir ab sofort zur Verstärkung des Teams am Standort in Guntramsdorf eine*n Servicetechniker*in im Außendienst in Vollzeit.

Das kannst du bewirken

• Du verantwortest die ausgezeichnete Servicierung und Zufriedenheit unserer Servicekunden und identifizierst gegebenenfalls weitere Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
• Du koordinierst die logistischen Prozesse der Materialbestellungen um für einen reibungslosen und verzögerungsfreien Serviceprozess zu sorgen
• Du führst Servicetätigkeiten (Fehlersuche, Fehlerbehebung, Wiederinbetriebnahme, etc...) hauptsächlich im Bereich der Mittel- und Hochspannung vor Ort durch
• Du beteiligst dich proaktiv an der Verbesserung der Serviceprozesse
• Du repräsentierst bei deinen Außeneinstätzen souverän unser Unternehmen und handelst dabei lösungsorientiert und wirtschaftlich

Dein Hintergrund

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich der Elektrotechnik (oder vergleichbar) und bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Service- oder Projekttätigkeit aus einem ähnlichen Umfeld mit
• Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Bereich Systemmessung und -analyse, Diagnose und Fehlerbehebung
• Du bist eine selbstorganisierte, teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit starken Kommunikationsskills
• Fließende Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
• Sehr hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Österreichs und gültiger Führerschein Klasse B
