| Key Responsibilities |
| Develop D365 customizations using X++ |
| Build integrations and technical enhancements |
| Provide L2/L3 production support for live D365 applications |
| Analyze and resolve technical production issues |
| Support monthly releases and hotfix deployments |
| Participate in root-cause analysis and defect resolution |
| Support code deployment and environment management |
| Prepare technical design documentation |
| Participate in Agile sprint delivery |
| Collaborate with architecture and support teams |
