We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM (MSD CRM) professional to design, develop, customize, and support CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. The ideal candidate should have experience in CRM customization, integrations, workflows, plugins, and business process automation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and customize solutions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE
  • Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and business process flows
  • Develop plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, and integrations using .NET technologies
  • Integrate Dynamics CRM with external applications and third-party systems
  • Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Perform data migration, deployment, and CRM upgrades
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related technical issues
  • Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
  • Prepare technical documentation and provide user support/training
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / MSD CRM
  • Proficiency in:
    • C#
    • .NET Framework / .NET Core
    • JavaScript
    • Web API / REST API
    • SQL Server
  • Experience with:
    • Plugins
    • Custom Workflows
    • Power Automate
    • Power Apps
    • Ribbon customization
  • Knowledge of CRM security models and role-based access
  • Experience with Azure integrations is a plus
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices
