We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant to design, develop, customize, and implement solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. The role involves working closely with functional teams and clients to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop customizations in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
  • Develop plugins, workflows, and custom integrations using:
    • C#
    • .NET Framework
  • Customize CRM forms, entities, dashboards, and business processes
  • Build and maintain integrations with external systems using:
    • REST/SOAP APIs
    • Azure services
  • Work with Power Platform components:
    • Power Apps
    • Power Automate
  • Perform data migration using tools like SSIS or KingswaySoft
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Participate in deployment, release management, and support activities
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3–8 years of experience in Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
  • Strong experience with:
    • C#, .NET, JavaScript
    • Dynamics CRM SDK
  • Experience with:
    • Plugin development
    • Custom workflow activities
  • Hands-on with:
    • Microsoft Azure
    • Web services and API integrations
  • Understanding of CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing)
  • Experience in data migration and system integration
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (e.g., MB-500, MB-400)
  • Experience with:
    • Power Platform (Power BI is a plus)
    • DevOps / CI-CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
