As aMember Services Advisor, RCC, a typical day will include:  

• Providing customer service and support for The Ritz-Carlton Club 

• Processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, mail, internet request, or in person.  

• Assisting members with their reservation and informational needs. 

• Checking reservation availability and finding alternate dates oraccommodations if needed. 

• Verifying reservation and account details to ensure accuracy. 

• Assisting members by resolving complaints and/or reservation errors professionally and politely to ensure effective resolutions and customer satisfaction. 

• AssistingMemberswithadditional vacation ownership usage options. 

• The listing is applicable for applicants who reside inSalt Lake City, Utah or Orlando, Florida areas (within two hours of the office locations).

• Interacts with colleagues and guests professionally, responding promptly to requests in a professional and positive manner. 

• Supports team to reach common goals and ensure adherence to quality standards. 

• Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information andfollows company policies and safety procedures. 

To BecomeaMember Services Advisor,RCC  at MVW:  

• Must have availability to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days. 

• Mustbe able to stand orsit, for an extendedperiod of time. 

• Mustpossess the ability tonavigatemultiple computer systems simultaneously, along withproficiency in reading, writing, and comprehension. 

• Position may require background and/or drug screeningcontingent on company policyin accordance with applicable legal requirements.
