Summary
We are seeking an experiencedMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise CRM solutions.

Technical Expertise

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience withMicrosoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
  • Strong proficiency in:
    • Dynamics 365 CE
    • C#
    • .NET Framework / .NET Core
    • JavaScript / TypeScript
    • Microsoft Dataverse
    • Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
    • SQL Server

Development Experience

  • Extensive experience in developing and customizing:
    • Plugins
    • Workflows
    • Custom APIs
    • Business Process Flows
    • Dynamics 365 Integrations with third-party and enterprise systems

Core Competencies

  • Strong understanding ofDynamics 365 CRM architecture and solution design.
  • In-depth knowledge ofsecurity roles, business units, teams, and access models within Dynamics 365.
  • Experience withCRM deployment models, environment management, and application lifecycle management (ALM).
  • Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain Dynamics 365 CE applications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Azure Integration Services.
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with SAP ERP and enterprise applications.
Familiarity with Snowflake, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or supply chain platforms.
Azure DevOps CI/CD experience.
Client Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications.
Experience working in a global, matrixed enterprise organization.
