Job Title: Project Coordinator
Department:PDI (Pickup, Delivery, Installation)Â Â
Reports to:PDI Manager
Salary Range:Starting at $27.00
FLSA: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Job Summary:
Â
The Project Coordinator oversees Special Projects and Installation operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This role coordinates the delivery, pickup, installation, service, repair, and valet services of company products while ensuring customer satisfaction and company standards are met.
General Responsibilities:
Â
- Lead by example by promoting a culture of safety, professionalism, quality, and accountability in all aspects of the job.Â
- Install,maintain, repair, deliver, retrieve, and remove all company products, including but not limited to portable restrooms, mobile office and restroom trailers, Aqua Flush systems, and temporary fencing.Â
- Perform on-site evaluations todetermine safe and efficient placement, installation, and removal of company products while ensuring customer expectations are met.Â
- Meet customers to address service concerns, troubleshoot product issues, and providetimely, effective resolutions.Â
- Coordinate assigned projects and communicate regularly with department leadership to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to company standards.Â
- May berequired to oversee after-hours,weekends, or emergency projects and service assignments.Â
- Conduct field safety, quality, and productivity inspections to verify compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Safelyoperate company vehicles, trailers, forklifts, skid steers, telehandlers, excavators, and other equipment as required and authorized.Â
- Ensure all assigned projects are completed accurately, efficiently, andin accordance with customer requirements and company quality standards.Â
- Build andmaintain positive working relationships with customers, vendors, suppliers, and internal departments.Â
- Perform all other duties as assigned.Â

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite andSalesforceÂ
Education and Experience:
- 1+ Years of Experience in a Service Environment
- 1+ Years working in the field,andInstallation ServicesÂ
- Carpentry, Electrical, HVAC experience Preferred.Â
- Previous experience using hand power toolsRequired.Â
- Current and valid Driver’s License, CDL a Plus
- DOT Medical Card Required
- Forklift Certified  
- OSHA-10 Certification PreferredÂ
Physical Requirements:
- Ability toperform all positionsrelative to PDI, OSS, F&EÂ
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs at times
- Must be able to drive a CMV.
