As a Sales Support Coordinator Amazon, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless deliveryof all sales administration, reporting and analysis to effectively andefficiently support business strategiesand objectives.
The Sales Support Coordinator for Amazon will support the Amazon Europe Sales team by performing sales analysis as well as building and maintaining daily relationships to drive sales activitiesandresolveanyissueswhichmayarisewithintheteam,widerbusiness,andcustomersalike.Youwillberequired to be hands on in assisting the team to optimise Amazon across all regions.
Howyou’lldo it
- Demonstrateanabilitytodevelopandmaintainastrongworkingrelationshipwithcustomers,peers and other departments which will include Product Management, Finance,Marketing andPlanning.
- Collaboratewithentiresalesteamincludingchannel supporttoensurebestpracticesandinformation are shared to maximise results and achieve goals.
- Assist customers and sales team with all account related questions, issues, or concerns.Provideaccurate,timelyinformationregardinginquiriessuchasproducts,pricing,andquotes.
- Runandperformin-depthanalysisofreports/dashboardsregularlyhighlightingtrends,risks,and opportunities
- Analyse and understand industry market trends, competition, products and pricing that mayimpact sales efforts and communicate this information to all sales management and other departments as necessary.
- Daily/Weeklyfinancialmodel(FIMO)loadinginSalesForcefornon-contractualand contractual.
- Maintainand handlethecustomer PriceListincollaborationwithPricing Management.
- Demonstrate an ability to learn company system applications such as Oracle, Business Objects, Salesforce.com.
- CreateStandardOperatingProcedure(SOP)todriveefficiencyinalltheprocessabove
- CollatingNPIforecastswhenneeded.
- SupportAmazonChannelManagerin coordinatingandexecutingAmazon actionplan.
- UnderstandandchampionBelkinproductsandcategories.
- Coordinateshipmentplanbetweenlogisticandsalesoperations.
- Bepreparedtosharethoughtsandopinions,innovateandchallengetodrivethebusiness.

- Computerliterate with ahigh degree of proficiencyin the Microsoft Office Suite of productsincluding advanced knowledge of Excel
