We are seeking aMoveworks Agent Developer with experience inConversational AI, Agentic AI, Workday integrations, Enterprise APIs, and HR self-service solutions. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered HR agents using the Moveworks platform, enabling employees to seamlessly interact with HR systems and services through natural language experiences.

The role will focus on building intelligent workflows, integrating Moveworks with enterprise applications such as Workday and ServiceNow, and creating secure, user-friendly employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI agents usingMoveworks Agent Studio, Tool Studio, Plugins, Actions, and Triggers.
• Build employee self-service workflows for HR processes such as PTO requests, benefits inquiries, learning management, employee information, and HR case management.
• Develop and maintain integrations betweenMoveworks, Workday, ServiceNow, and other enterprise platforms using REST APIs.
• Create reusable plugins, conversational workflows, and automation components.
• Design intuitive conversational experiences with strong focus on user experience and workflow efficiency.
• Implement authentication, authorization, RBAC, validation, logging, and security controls.
• Collaborate with HR, Workday, Product Owners, Security, and Enterprise Architecture teams.
• Perform testing, debugging, workflow validation, and production support for AI agents.
• Support CI/CD deployment processes and version control using Git.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of Application Development or Enterprise Integration experience.
• Hands-on experience withMoveworks Agent Studio, Tool Studio, Plugin Development, or Conversational AI Platforms.
• Strong understanding of:
