TheYMCA of Southwestern Ontario is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team asGroup Fitness Instructors at the Centre Branch in London.
No experience required. If you are passionate about movement and helping others feel their best, we will providefree MOSSA instructor training and mentorship so you can confidently lead group fitness classes. This role is ideal for individuals interested in becoming afitness instructor for the first time while being part of a supportive YMCA instructor community.

Passion for fitness, movement, and healthy living
Positive, encouraging, and team-focused attitude
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Current First Aid and CPR (training will be provided if needed)
Current and acceptable Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening (required for all YMCA staff and volunteers)
Schedule
Casual/coverage position to start
Approximatelyone shift per week (or four hours per month)
Shifts may includemornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends
Opportunity to add more classes as the schedule grows
Responsibilities
Deliver safe, engaginggroup fitness classes following MOSSA training
Create a welcoming and motivating environment for members
Demonstrate exercises safely and effectively
Represent the YMCA as a positive ambassador and role model
