What kind of job is this?

• Backend mortgage operations / loan processing support
• Works in retail home loans (people buying/refinancing houses)
• No customer interaction – works with internal teams + vendors
• Task-based role supporting the mortgage processor
• Focus on verification, documentation, and research

• Basic mortgage domain understanding (home loans, insurance, appraisal, VOE)
• Experience with documentation / data validation / admin work
• Ability to coordinate with third-party vendors (credit, employment, insurance)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication (email/vendor follow-ups)
• Reliability & consistency (biggest factor)
• Comfortable with Excel + SharePoint-type tools
• Ability to handle repetitive, task-based work
