Molding Operator

SUMMARY

TheMold Operator and Packer main function is to clean and assemble completed components and package for shipping.

• Be able to read and understand work order and refer to product profile to specific job that will beassembled.
• Turn on and heat up wax machine and wax rings before assembly.
• Be able to start the bagging machine for packaging and input proper information off the work order intothe computer.
• Must report scrap on requisition and turn in with work order.
• Verifies that proper labels and tags are being used.
• Is responsible for keeping in compliance with the JM Eagle T.H.M. (Total Housekeeping Management)program.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Basic Computer knowledge.Set-up computer for scanning and labeling of parts and pallet.
Correctly label and package product, set in QA line for final inspection.

The employee will aim for zero defects in Mfg., building quality and reliability into the product, and providethe customer with outstanding compliant products, as well as a continual drive for improvement.The employee shall follow the guidelines set forth by the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2008).
 

SAFETY
The employee will be required to follow company safety rules and regulations, including all OSHA(Occupational Safety & Health Administration) regulations. All employees are required to wear steel-toedshoes, eye protection and hearing protection in designated areas at all times.
