Hiring: Mobile Service Technician

• Pay:$16.91 - $63.30 Flat Rate
• Schedule:We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance and light repair services at customer locations.
• Operate and maintain company-provided mobile service vehicles and equipment.
• Use AGA clean oil systems to perform efficient and environmentally responsible services.
• Resolve basic vehicle concerns independently in the field.
• Communicate directly with customers regarding vehicle needs, service recommendations, and completed repairs.
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed following BMW standards.
• Document repairs, inspections, and customer interactions.
• Represent the San Francisco BMW brand positively.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ year of previous automotive technician experience.
• Proficiency in conducting basic repairs, maintenance, and vehicle inspections independently.
• Experience identifying mechanical concerns and completing repairs.
• Experience providing professional customer service and communicating with customers and team members.
• Expertise managing a daily route while maintaining productivity and service quality.
• Comfortable using mobile technology and service documentation systems.
• Professional and customer-focused attitude.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Flat Rate Range for this position is $16.91 - $59.30.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
