About The Job:
- We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Device Management (MDM) Engineer to manage and support mobile device environments using Microsoft Intune and Ivanti EPMM (MobileIron).
- The ideal candidate should have minimum 3 years of relevant experience in mobile device management with a strong focus on operational activities on Smartphone and managing Rugged Devices.
- This role ensures seamless device performance, security compliance and operational efficiency across the enterprise.
- MDM Administration: Manage and administer Mobile Device Management solutions including Intune and MobileIron. E.g., Administer and maintain Ivanti MobileIron On-Premises environment to perform Server upgrades, Certificate renewals, monthly cleanup, performing iOS and Android version validations and regular monitoring and basic activities on ABM and KME portals. Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune to ensure smooth operations.
- Troubleshooting: Provide advanced troubleshooting for mobile device issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to the workforce. Monitor and troubleshoot ServiceNow Incidents and handling Service Requests, ensuring quick resolution and minimal downtime related to Ivanti MobileIron and Intune.
- iOS and Android Application Management: Resigning of iOS and Android Applications and Deployment of the same using Google Play Console and Apple AppConnect.
- Rugged Device Management: Implement and support rugged device management solutions tailored to our industry-specific needs. E.g., Generating and distributing XML configurations for Client Provisioning, Perform device enrollment, configuration, and policy management for rugged devices on Ivanti MobileIron.
- Security and Compliance: Implement and manage mobile security policies, including encryption, VPN setup, and secure access protocols. E.g., Monitoring the iOS, Android and Cybersecurity alerts communities for latest updates, news, vulnerabilities and Obsolescence Management of Mobile Devices.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business needs related to mobile device management.
- Documentation: Document standard operating procedures (SOPs), configurations, and resolutions for MDM activities.
- Reporting: Generate reports on device compliance, inventory, and performance metrics.
- Training and Support: Offer training and support to end-users on device usage and best practices.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or IT related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Mobile Device Management (Smartphones & Rugged Devices) and specifically in Intune Solution.
- Strong technical knowledge in configuring and managing MDM solutions, with a focus on security and compliance.
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell for automating tasks and processes.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102), or equivalent, are preferred.
