Strong QA works with business stakeholders to identify business requirements, recommend process improvements, and collaborates with technical team members to design technology solutions to meet requirements
- Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports on multiple projects of varying size
- Test mobile applications using souce lab and automate test using appium
- Perform testing on various software and reporting systems
- Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve issues
- Conduct API testing to ensure backend systems meet functional and performance requirements
- Experience in Database and SQL queries for data validation
- Document and track bugs, providing detailed reports on issues found
- Solid understanding of RESTful web services and microservice architecture
- Hands-on experience in testing complex SOA based integration solutions
- Experience with strong background in API Manual testing and Web Apps
- Experience in API testing using tools ReadyAPI, Postman and Swagger to validate endpoints
- Review user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable
