Role Name: Mobile Application Testing Lead/SME
Work Site: Chicago, IL (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months
o Lead end-to-end testing for mobile (iOS/Android) and digital platforms, ensuring high-quality releases across customer-facing applications in a retail/quick-service environment
o Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, validate integrations, and ensure alignment with business processes and customer experience goals
o Design and execute comprehensive test strategies covering functional, regression, usability, and cross-platform testing with primary focus on manual and exploratory testing
o Manage test planning, execution, defect tracking, and triaging using tools like JIRA, Zephyr, and Confluence, ensuring timely resolution and quality reporting
o Drive quality initiatives across distributed teams, handle multiple priorities, and ensure delivery within timelines through strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
o Gain in-depth understanding of the technology landscape, including mobile apps, web platforms, APIs, and system integrations, to identify risks and improve test coverage
o Contribute to continuous improvement by optimizing test processes, selectively leveraging automation where beneficial, and participating in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, demos, retrospectives)
