Registered Nurse- Emergency Department Float

Job Description​

Shift: Full Time Nights (6:45pm-7:15am)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert, patient-centered nursing care in fast-paced emergency departments.

• Adapt quickly to various clinical environments and team dynamics.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.

• Utilize advanced critical thinking skills to respond to rapidly changing patient conditions.

• Support core values of Saint Luke’s: excellence, compassion, integrity, and teamwork.

Qualifications:

• ActiveRegistered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri and Kansas (or compact license).

• Minimum of2 years Emergency Department nursing experience preferred.

• Strong communication and adaptability skills.

• Willingness to float among multiple facilities based on staffing needs.
