Supervision & Operations Leadership Development Program (LDP) 2027 

TheSupervision &Operations LDP isdesigned toignite potential and build the foundation foranextraordinary leadership journey. Here, you will be challenged and inspired to become one of the leaders who shape the future of ourfront line operations. 

This18-monthimmersive program is designed for those with the drive to lead people—offering you hands-on, real-world opportunities to guide teams, refine your decision-making skills, and make a tangible impact from day one. As you embark on this transformative experience,you’lllay the groundwork for a fulfilling, lifelong career where your leadership will power progress and spark innovation across the globe. 

WhatYouWill Experience in this Position:  

As a part ofnVent's Leadership Develop Program,you'll join a cohort of early career professionalssupply chain functions. Kickstart your journey in June 2027with a comprehensive week of onboarding and training, setting the stage for yourprogram. The journeydoesn't stop there—our program is designed with your growth in mind: 

• Training & Development:  Receive ongoing trainingthroughout the program to hone functional competencies, gain business insights, and develop leadership capabilities. 

• Community:Dive intonVent's welcoming community! Engage in social, professional, and service-related activities organized by a peer-led committee. Explore our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) foradditional networking, professional development, and volunteer opportunities, fostering an inclusive and respectful environment. 

• Mentorship & Networking:  Forge connections with a network of peers, managers, and senior leaders ready to support yourgrowth. Benefit from both formal and informal mentorship as you navigate through theprogram.

Locations:  

• Geographic flexibility torelocate as necessary isrequired both during the program and upon completion of the SOLDprogram. 

• Rotation locations may include(but are not limited to) - Minneapolis, MN (St. Louis Park or Anoka) andCleveland, OH 

You Have:  

Required Qualifications  

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’sdegree inengineering,operationsmanagement or related degree.  

• Graduating between December 2026and June 2027 and available to beginfull time employment in June 2027 

• Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions now or in the future 

• Geographic flexibility both during and upon completion of the program 

• Previous internship,co-op, orwork experience preferred 

• Strong verbal and written communications skills 

• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills 

Preferred Qualifications  

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 

• Experience with data analytics and data visualization tools (Tableau, etc.)  

• Proven leadership experience  

• Leadership experience and industry-related internship experience a plus
