Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration:6 months+
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: Ideally Hyderabad (hybrid) but can be 100% Remote (in India and Brazil)
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience or strong hands-on project/internship experience in machine learning, AI, or a related field.
- Strong foundational Python skills with exposure to frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
- Understanding of the machine learning and large language model lifecycle, including data preparation, training, evaluation, and basic deployment.
- Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, such as tool calling, prompt chaining, multi-step workflows, or human-in-the-loop solutions.
- Basic experience deploying models through APIs, model-serving tools, or batch inference pipelines.
- Awareness of version control, experiment tracking, reproducibility, monitoring, and model performance checks.
- Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to learn under the guidance of senior engineers.
