Pay Range:Â $65-$70 /hr on W2
Job Summary:
This role will drive strategic research initiatives for a leading healthcare savings platform, focusing on understanding consumer behavior and product optimization. The successful candidate will design, execute, and deliver comprehensive research studies using mixed methodologies. You will execute large-scale studies, analyze diverse datasets, and translate findings into actionable strategies. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker capable of presenting complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute complex research studies for product optimization.
- Manage longitudinal customer satisfaction and KPI studies.
- Synthesize insights from quantitative and qualitative data sources.
- Develop clear and digestible reports for diverse audiences.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance research efficiency.
Must-Have Skills:
- Extensive survey design, sampling, and weighting experience.
- Expertise in Alchemer or Qualtrics survey platforms.
- Strong presentation and data visualization skills. Experience in the healthcare technology sector is preferred, focusing on consumer-facing platforms and prescription savings.
