Are you organized, detail-oriented, able to work well under pressure, and comfortable helping people over the phone? SERVPRO of Bountiful is looking for a Mitigation Scheduling and Dispatch Coordinator to keep our crews scheduled, customers informed, and daily operations running smoothly. You’ll help customers who may be dealing with stressful property damage situations. A calm attitude, clear communication, and dependable follow-through are essential. WHAT YOU’LL DO- Answer incoming calls professionally and gather accurate customer and job information.- Schedule and dispatch mitigation crews according to job priorities and management direction.- Coordinate appointments, return visits, and schedule changes with customers and field teams.- Communicate arrival windows, delays, and updates promptly.- Keep schedules, job records, and messages accurate and current.- Follow instructions, company protocols, and established procedures.- Bring urgent concerns and scheduling conflicts to the appropriate manager.- Follow through on callbacks, messages, and outstanding scheduling needs. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication and listening skills.- Ability to stay calm, organized, and professional under pressure.- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.- Ability to manage multiple requests and adapt to changing priorities.- Willingness to follow directions, learn procedures, and ask questions when needed.- Dependability, punctuality, and consistent follow-through.- Comfort using computers, email, and scheduling software.- Customer service, scheduling, or dispatch experience preferred.
