Position Summary

We are seeking a Miter & Prep Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for measuring, cutting, and preparing metal materials for fabrication and assembly.

Responsibilities:

• Operate miter saws and other cutting equipment.
• Measure, mark, and cut materials to required specifications.
• Read and interpret basic blueprints and work orders.
• Prepare, deburr, and clean metal parts for welding or assembly.
• Inspect materials for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or metal fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must Pass a Measurement Test
  

Schedule & Pay

• Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM (10-hour shifts).

• Overtime: Possible on Fridays.

• Pay: $17.00/hr.
