The Opportunity

As a BOQ Estimator, you will ensure accurate pricing across all brands and ranges, acting as the key BOQ and pricing expert supporting Sales and Production Estimating while managing risks before construction.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based at our Derrimut office (Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5.00 pm). WFH Opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain the Master BOQ’s across all brands and ranges

• Manage/create VPB items with pricing and ongoing maintenance

• Create and maintain Minibills for:

  • Sales Estimating

  • Production Estimating

• Create and maintain Facade Minibills

• Maintain/Create Design Option pricing

• Maintain/Create Retail Pricing structures

• Manage Display Estimating inputs and Display Option Lists (DOLs)

• Support rollout of new ranges, specifications, promotions, and pricing updates

• Act as a pricing and BOQ reference point for Sales and Production Estimating teams

• Identify and mitigate BOQ-related estimating risks before construction

What You’ll Bring

• Residential construction estimating experience

• Strong understanding of Bills of Quantities and pricing structures

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong Excel and estimating system capability

• Exposure to VPB, design options, displays, and retail pricing

• Understanding of both Sales and Production Estimating workflows
