• Full-Time (Monday-Saturday)
• Flat Rate Pay: $17.00 - $30.00+ per Flagged Hour, Plus Production Bonus
• Location: Minnetonka, MN

What You'll Do

As aLight Duty Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service by performing vehicle maintenance and repairs efficiently and accurately while maintaining BMW and Lithia standards.

• Perform repairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine appropriate repairs.
• Complete all work according to dealership, manufacturer, and safety standards.
• Conduct road tests to verify repair quality and vehicle performance.
• Accurately document repairs, test results, and labor time.
• Maintain a personal inventory of standard technician tools.
• Pursue and maintain BMW and ASE certifications through ongoing training.
• Participate in technical training and development opportunities provided by management.
• Support team goals and help deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years of automotive repair experience.
• 1+ years of suspension, steering, or alignment experience.
• ASE certifications and/or manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Experience working with BMW, European luxury vehicles, or other high-line brands preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
• Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Total Rewards

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which include Flat Rate: $17.00- $30/ + production bonus

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
