Job description

Position Overview 

Lead UI/UX design for MES, Smart Factory,HMI and Enterprise applications in semiconductor manufacturing environments. 

Mandatory Experience 

7+ years UI/UX Design,4+ years Enterprise Systems, proven semiconductor/manufacturing and HMI project experience. 

Design System & Theming (Mandatory) 

Design Tokens,Component Libraries, Style Guides, Design Governance, Multi-brand Systems, Dark/Light Themes,scalable Enterprise Design Systems. 

Front-end Knowledge (Mandatory) 

HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design, Flexbox, CSS Grid, CSS Variables, WCAG Accessibility and Design-to-Code collaboration. 

XAML / WPF Knowledge (Mandatory) 

Experience with WPF, XAML,WinUI, Resource Dictionaries, ControlTemplates and enterprise desktop application design. 

HMI & Industrial UX 

Operator workstations, alarm management, production monitoring dashboards, equipmentmonitoring and real-time factory systems. 

Advanced Prototyping & Workflow Design 

Expert in Figma prototyping, workflow modelling, state management, user flows, MESworkflows and clickable enterprise prototypes. 

AI Skills (Mandatory) 

MicrosoftCopilot,  Figma AI, Prompt Engineering. 

Domain Knowledge 

Semiconductor Manufacturing, Wafer Fabrication, MES, SPC, Yield Management, Factory Automation,IIoT and Industry 4.0. 

Technical Collaboration 

Work with Architects, Front-end Developers, WPF Developers, MES Engineers, AutomationEngineers and Process Engineers. 

Portfolio Requirements (Mandatory) 

• Applications without a portfoliodemonstrating Enterprise Systems, HMI, Design Systems or Semiconductor-related work will not be considered. 

• Provide 3-5 relevant projects covering Enterprise Applications, MES, HMI, Smart Factory, OperationalDashboards or Industrial Systems. 

• Demonstrate Design System architecture,component libraries, design tokens, themingstrategy and design-to-development handoff. 

• Include workflow mapping, information architecture, interactiveprototypes and complex business/manufacturing process designs. 

• Show HMI screens, equipmentmonitoring interfaces, control roomdashboards or alarm management workflows where applicable. 

• Provide evidence of collaboration with engineering teams involving HTML/CSS, XAML/WPF and implementation reviews. 

• Showcase how AI tools were used in UX research, wireframing, prototyping,documentation and productivity improvements. 

• Candidates claiming semiconductor experience should include MES, wafer fabrication, yield management, SPC, factoryautomation or traceability related projects. 

• Preferred formats: Figma links,Behance, Portfolio Website, PDF CaseStudies and Interactive Prototype links.
