Job Summary
The Military Customer Service Agent will serve as our military customers' primary point of contact, assisting with inquiries, orders, and account management. This role requires a deep understanding of military culture and a commitment to providing personalized support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.

• Assist military customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing accounts.

• Provide detailed information about products, promotions, and services tailored to the military community.

• Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the customer database.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service is a plus.
