Assists in managing and directing retail store operations.Assists in establishes financial goals to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns and inventory.
Supervises, trains, develops and schedules associates for current positions and future growth.
Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction.
Performs other duties as assigned.
