Role Descriptions
- Overall Experience Required is 10 years.
- 0Must have 7+ years of Experience in SharePoint2016.
- Hands-on ShareGate Migrate Pro: job configuration, mapping files, incremental and delta passes, activation management within the licensed machine count.
- Microsoft Migration Manager: agent deployment, jump-box and local-agent topology, task scheduling.
- Windows file server and SMB share administration; NTFS ACL interpretation.
- Pre-migration scanning and error-log analysis; root-causing timeouts, failures and skipped items.
- Metadata fidelity — created and modified dates, authorship, versioning, permission inheritance.
- Illegal-character, long-path and unsupported-file-type remediation.
- OneDrive sync client troubleshooting: sync conflicts, cached-file issues, client reset.
- Post-migration reconciliation — file counts, spot validation, delta reporting.
- Working PowerShell for job automation and log parsing.
- Migration job execution, agent fleet, incremental and delta passes.
