Responsibilities:
Analyze technical issues, develop solutions, and support IT systems.
Skills:
- Relevant technical background and problem-solving skills.
- Data Center Exit program requires additional engineering capacity to support both the Storage and Compute/Virtualization workstreams. The effort includes storage migrations, server and virtual machine migrations, environment build activities, testing, cutover execution, post-migration validation, and decommissioning activities.
- Successful delivery requires close coordination with application, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure business continuity while minimizing operational risk.
- Most migration activities must be performed during evenings and weekends to avoid disruption to production services.
- Based on the current migration schedule, the team is expected to support migration and cutover activities almost every weekend through August 2027
