Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Service Delivery Management

· Ensure stable and uninterrupted operation of Linux and JBoss middleware environments.

· Meet SLA, KPI, and operational targets for availability, performance, and incident resolution.

· Own end-to-end service delivery across development, testing, and production environments.

2. Linux & JBoss Administration Oversight

· Manage Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)/Unix platforms.

· Oversee JBoss EAP/WildFly installation, configuration, deployment, patching, and upgrades.

· Monitor middleware infrastructure health and optimize system performance.

3. Incident & Problem Management

· Lead resolution of critical production incidents.

· Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.

· Coordinate with application, infrastructure, network, and database teams during outages.

4. Change & Release Management

· Govern production changes and middleware releases.
