- Client is seeking an experienced eMaint-CMMS Application Software Support Specialist to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting and problem-solving for the eMaint-CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) developed by Fluke Corporation.
- You will work closely with the internal teams to ensure the system operates efficiently and effectively.
- This is a Hybrid role. Candidate needs to work Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
- The hiring team is interested in candidates who are familiar/experienced with eMaint. This resource will act as the department "expert " on the software.
- Work closely with team to resolve system issues and answer technical questions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
- Develop and update technical documentation, including user manuals and system guides.
- Participate in the development and execution of test plans.
- Configure application integrations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in application software support.
- Experience supporting Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Windows.
- Knowledge of middleware such as Informatica & API's integrations.
- Experience with asset management software applications such as, Maximo, SAP, Oracle Field Service (OFS).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
