Mid-level Site Civil Engineer

Role Description:

We are looking for a talented and motivatedMid-level Site Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing and coordinating various work activities across different engineering disciplines while ensuring timely progress and quality standards. The candidate should possess strong knowledge and experience in civil engineering and be well-versed in collaborating with other engineering teams, such as architecture, MEP, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management & Coordination: Oversee and coordinate work activities between all project packages to ensure smooth and efficient execution.

• Progress Leadership: Lead all work activities to ensure the project progresses according to schedule, identifying any delays or obstacles and addressing them promptly.

• Cross-disciplinary Knowledge: Utilize a strong background in various engineering fields (Architecture, MEP, Systems) to facilitate effective collaboration across different teams.

• Technical Document Handling: Review and manageshop drawings,technical office documents,technical submittals, and other related documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

• Supervision: Supervise and monitor all civil works, including finishing items and related activities, ensuring quality control and adherence to the approved plans and designs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• 3-7 years of proven experience in civil engineering, particularly in coordinating and supervising multidisciplinary projects.

• Strong knowledge ofshop drawings,technical submittals, and civil engineering documentation.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in dynamic environments and handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in managing large-scale construction projects.

• Experience intechnical office operations and managing various civil engineering packages.
