Job Summary:

Develops and maintains Salesforce features, customizations, and integrations under senior technical guidance. Delivers sprint-level functionality against defined acceptance criteria.

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows to defined requirements.

·       Build and maintain API-based integrations and data operations.

·       Execute unit testing, defect resolution, and deployment support across environments.

·       Document configurations and contribute to knowledge base and release artifacts.

Minimum Qualifications

·       Minimum Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Two (2) years of specialized experience may substitute for one (1) year of the academic requirement.

·       Minimum Experience:Three (3) to five (5) years of Salesforce development experience.

·       Certifications — Required:Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.

·       Certifications — Obtainable After Hire:Salesforce Certified Administrator, within 90 days of assignment.

·       Certifications — Preferred:Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II; Platform App Builder.

·       Required Skills:Apex; Lightning Web Components; Flows; API usage; secure coding; Git; Agile delivery.

·       Preferred Skills:Experience in regulated or federal environments; declarative automation design; data migration support.

Technical Environment

Salesforce Lightning Experience; Apex and Lightning Web Components; Flow Builder; SOQL; Salesforce DX; Data Loader and Workbench; sandbox refresh and Change Set deployment; Git and Jira.
