Required Experience
  • Candidates should be able to develop QA plans and test scripts and execute those plans effectively.
  • Strong enterprise-scale SaaS implementation testing experience is the primary requirement.
  • Experience supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is especially valuable because these will be the major testing cycles.
  • Icertis or Ivalua experience is HIGHLY PREFERRED but not mandatory. Familiarity with either platform may help distinguish candidates during evaluation.
Tools and Testing Approach
  • Jira is used to track defects, issues, and follow-up actions.
  • The team expects experience with Zephyr, Playwright, and Selenium.
  • Automated testing experience is strongly preferred, particularly because Selenium and other automation tools are expected to be part of the approach.
Work Location and Team
  • The role requires on-site work in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, with candidates available to work at both McLean and Bethesda locations.
  • Work location will generally rotate between the two offices, often involving approximately two weeks per month at each site, although the schedule may vary based on space allocation.
  • The test team is expected to consist of four people: a team lead, a more senior tester, and the two new mid-level QA Analysts. The broader transformation program includes more than 40 staff members.

    Key Responsibilities

Execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance test scenarios aligned with program milestones. Validate system outputs, including clauses, contract metadata, templates, approval routing, and workflow behavior, against business requirements. Coordinate defect logging, triage, and retesting with functional SMEs, developers, and system integrators. Validate data flowing into and out of CLM, ensuring alignment with mapping rules and upstream or downstream systems. Conduct testing across multiple environments, including SIT, UAT, and Pre‑Prod, and support readiness for go‑live cutover. Maintain test evidence, documentation, and audit‑ready artifacts consistent with Keystone QA and compliance standards. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
