We are seeking a talented and motivatedMid-LevelInteriorDesignerwith3–5yearsofprofessionalexperienceto join our design team.

Theidealcandidatewillhaveastrongdesignsensibility,excellenttechnicalskills,andtheabilitytotake projects from concept development through documentation and installation. Experience inhospitalitydesignis strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5yearsofprofessionalinteriordesignexperience
• ProficiencyinAutoCADandSketchUpis required
• Strongspaceplanningandfurniturelayoutskills
• Experience developingdesignconcepts,presentations, andfinish/materialselections
• Abilitytoproduce andreview detailedconstruction drawings
• Knowledge ofFF&E,specifications,andvendor coordination
• Abilitytoworkonmultipleprojectsandmanagedeadlines
• Strongcommunication,organization,andproblem-solvingskills
• Comfortablecollaboratingwithdesigners,architects,consultants,vendors,andcontractors
• Hospitality,hotel,restaurant,orluxuryresidentialexperiencepreferred

Responsibilities

• Assistwithanddevelopinteriordesignconcepts
• Preparefloorplans,furnitureplans,elevations,anddesigndetails
• Create3Dmodelsand presentationsinSketchUp
• ProduceandcoordinateAutoCADdrawingpackages
• Research and source furniture,lighting, finishes, materials, andaccessories
• Coordinatewithvendorsandconsultants
• Reviewshopdrawingsandsubmittals
• Assistwithprojectinstallationsandsitecoordinationasneeded
• Maintainprojectschedulesanddesigndocumentation
