1. Graduate with minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience in cyber security support in the technology areas like SIEM, Threat Advisory, SOAR, UEBA.
2. Hands on product administration/management/L2 level troubleshooting/reporting – Azure Sentinel, PaloAlto XSIAM, IBM Qradar.
3. Desired Process Certifications: ITIL V3/V4 foundation
4. Ready to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.
5. Prepare documentation of known errors and KEDB
6. Change request creation & implementation of standard and normal changes
7. To have a strong SOC process background
8. Assist L3 team on change request implementation as per process
9. Inputs to SOPs for L1 teams.
10. Grooming L1 teams on technology & processes.
11. Proactive problem management to help improve SLA adherence and reduce MTTR.
12. Work on and resolve escalated tickets from L1 teams.
