Microsoft Power Platform Developer

We are seeking aMicrosoft Power Platform Developer to join our team and lead the design, development, and customization of business solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, automating processes, and turning business needs into user-friendly apps - even if your background is inanalysis,project management, or general IT. You’ll work with tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online to create modern solutions that make work easier and more efficient.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building modern business applications using Microsoft technologies includingPower Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, andDataverse.
• Creating custom connectors and seamless integrations acrossMicrosoft 365 services and third-party platforms.
• Designing and customizing business solutions inSharePoint Online and integrate them with Power Platform tools.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and product owners to translate business needs into secure, intuitive, and maintainable digital solutions.
• Preparing comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and delivering training and knowledge-sharing sessions to support team enablement.
• Staying current with the latest advancements in Microsoft 365 technologies and continuously expanding technical skill sets.

Must have

• 3+ years of experience in designing and developing business applications usingPower Platform.
• Proficient withPower Apps,Power Automate,Power BI,Power Pages andDataverse.
• Experience withMicrosoft Copilot Studio for building intelligent, AI-assisted workflows or chatbots.
• Knowledge ofrelational databases (e.g., SQL Server), including data modeling, queries.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and collaborating with cross-functional roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience withMicrosoft Teams integration.
• Familiarity withMicrosoft Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft 365 applications.
• Familiarity withSharePoint Online,Dataverse, andMicrosoft 365 integrations.
• Experienced in sharing knowledge and training team members
• Prior experience in roles such asBusiness Analyst,Project Manager, orIT Support, with interest in transitioning to low-code development
