Job Description:
 
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Platform Manager to lead Microsoft 365 and Power Platform governance, security, and administration across the enterprise.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Develop platform governance policies and standards.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange.
  • Oversee Power Platform administration, security, and compliance.
  • Implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and data retention policies.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate with executives and manage stakeholder relationships.
 
Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant Microsoft 365 administration, governance, or IT leadership experience.
  • Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Graph, and Power Platform.
  • Knowledge of enterprise governance, security, and compliance.
  • PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, or related certifications preferred.
