Position Overview

We are seeking a Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Engineer to support a CBP environment focused on building and implementing an automated device management solution, with potential for continued O&M, sustainment, and modernization.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• 10 years of hands-on experience withMicrosoft Intune and endpoint/device management across Windows, iOS, and Android.
• Strong experience with Intune configuration, compliance policies, application deployment, device enrollment, andWindows Autopilot.
• Experience migrating from legacy MDM platforms such asWorkspace ONE / AirWatch to Microsoft Intune.
• Hands-on deployment and implementation experience is preferred over high-level architecture/design experience.
• Experience implementing security baselines, includingSTIG and CIS controls.
• Familiarity withMicrosoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Experience withPowerShell scripting and automation.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must be able to successfully obtain aCBP Background Investigation (BI).
• Prior or activeDHS clearance strongly preferred.
• DC Metro area preferred.
• Must be comfortable workingonsite approximately 2 days per week in Ashburn, VA.
