Job Summary
We are seeking a skilledMicrosoft Entra ID IAM Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), identity lifecycle management, access governance, authentication technologies, and security best practices. The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise identity solutions while ensuring secure access to organizational resources.Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manageMicrosoft Entra ID environments.
- Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations using SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and WS-Federation protocols.
- Implement and manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access Policies, and Identity Protection.
- Handle user lifecycle management including provisioning, deprovisioning, role assignments, and access reviews.
- Manage Hybrid Identity environments with Entra Connect/Azure AD Connect.
- Configure and maintain Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
- Support Access Governance features such as Entitlement Management and Access Reviews.
- Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and federation-related issues.
- Monitor identity security posture and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to integrate IAM solutions.
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
- Support compliance, audit, and security initiatives.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience with:
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Conditional Access Policies
- Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
- Identity Governance
- Azure AD Connect / Entra Connect
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols:
- SAML 2.0
- OAuth 2.0
- OpenID Connect (OIDC)
- LDAP
- Kerberos
- Experience with Active Directory and Hybrid Identity environments.
- Understanding of RBAC and least-privilege access principles.
- Experience in troubleshooting identity and access-related issues.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts.
- Exposure to SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, or similar IAM tools.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale IAM environments.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are preferred:
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
- Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
