Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise collaboration and identity solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise across Microsoft 365, cloud identity, security, and infrastructure, along with the ability to deliver scalable and secure solutions in a hybrid cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance enterprise Microsoft 365 environments based on business and technical requirements.
• Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Windows-based infrastructure.
• Implement identity and access management solutions using technologies such as Okta, SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Manage certificate services and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) to ensure secure authentication.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Develop automation scripts and workflow solutions using PowerShell and Power Automate.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 with cloud platforms, including AWS, while maintaining security and operational standards.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to identity, messaging, collaboration, and endpoint management.
• Partner with infrastructure, networking, and security teams on solution design and implementation.
• Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience designing and administering enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Hands-on experience with Okta and Identity & Access Management (IAM) technologies.
• Experience managing PKI, authentication, and certificate-based security.
• Expertise with Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Intune.
• Strong scripting skills using PowerShell and experience with Power Automate.
• Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
