• Meetsalesgoals
• Utilizetheelevatedlevelsofsalesandservicetomaximizesalesperformance
• Demonstrateanin-depthknowledgeofthemerchandise
• Afterclosinga sale,monitor all detailsincluding:shipping,alterations (ifapplicable)andspecial requeststoensurecustomersatisfaction
• Complywithallsalesrelatedpoliciesandprocedures
• Maintain akeeninterestinthefashionindustryandmarkettrends

  CUSTOMERSERVICE

• Providethehighestlevelofcustomerservice
• Buildandmaintainrepeatclientele;utilizeclientbook
• Resolveallclientproblemsandcomplaintsquicklyandeffectively,ensuringclientsatisfaction

  OPERATIONS

• Keepsellingfloorandmerchandiseneat,organizedandstocked
• Assistinthemaintenanceofallinventoryinthestockroomandonthesellingfloor
• Assistinallareasofstock,shipping,receivingprotocol/policiesandallshipping/receivingrelatedpaperwork.
• Participateininventories
• ComplywithallPoint-of-Salepoliciesandprocedures
• Properlyexecuteallrelevantregisterfunctions
• Adheretoworkschedule,inclusiveoftimeandattendance
• Participateinallrelevanttraininganddevelopment seminars,programsandmeetingsasdirectedbystoremanagement
