Job Description

Serves as the primary contact for customers serviced out of the branch/OpCo. Responsible for supervision of the customer service department, ensuring that customers receive prompt, courteous and accurate service. Interfaces with all departments to ensure customer needs are met. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Required Qualifications

Required Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Required Experience: 4-6 Years, Sales/Marketing or related area with team lead, supervisory or relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Education: Bachelors

Preferred Experience: 6-10 Years, Sales/Marketing or related area within foodservice industry. Supervisory Experience.
