Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add aAssociateProduction Supervisor located inGuadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to theProduction Manager, theAssociateProduction Supervisor role involves directing manufacturing operations carried out on a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they meet volume, quality, and cost objectives.

What a typical day looks like:

• Follow-up and compliance with production rates.
• Personnel management (attendance, permissions, vacations, activities, training, etc.).
• WIP control.
• Material control (assembly kits and scrap).
• Escalations due to line stoppages.
• Attend support meetings (Checkpoint).
• Training plan for personnel under their supervision.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Engineering degree or Bachelor’s degree.
• Availability to work all three shifts is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Mandatory knowledge of SMT and Backend processes.
• Excellent personnel management skills.
• 5S knowledge.
